customer service was great until the order was paid. The store could not provide the products ordered and told us we had to re-select on the day the install was to take place. Tile was installed crooked, had to be re-done and was still crooked". They showed up with the wrong products, delaying the installation/. In addition to the poor work, the installers left
garbage everywhere including the yard, the house, and the garage?. They also tracked thick grout in areas where they were not even working;. They did not clean up,. The granite purchased also was not installed properly, they missed install dates leaving us sitting at the house with no product". They overbilled for merchandise and the last install that took place on the granite they drilled the
faucet holes wrong, leaving us with a piece of
garbage on our counters;. Now they threaten with legal action while billing for things we did not receive and also upping the price after half down was paid.. DO NOT USE!!!! Beware! 1291f2d
